We are pleased to offer a competitive one-off fee to tenants which contributes towards the administration costs associated with setting up a tenancy. We guarantee that no further fees are payable at any time during the tenancy. And, should you decide to rent an entirely different property through us at a later date, then no further fees are payable at all.

FRIENDLY SERVICE
We make it our job to ask all the right questions and to find out exactly what you want from our property search. We want to provide a service that's second to none, and therefore we're interested in finding the property that’s right for you. We won't show you somewhere that we don't think suits your requirements - it's a waste of your time and ours.
